Yes, updated versions of tools and resources are included in your access window. You will receive update notifications via email when a product you’ve purchased is revised. To ensure you receive these notifications, please add us to your safe senders list and check that our emails aren’t going to your spam or junk folder.
Please note, while we strive to keep resources current, there may be a short delay between regulatory changes and corresponding updates to our materials. Version tracking is available to you within each product so you can easily see the most recent updates and version history. You are encouraged to verify the applicability of resources for your specific context.
We do not offer refunds for digital products, including training programs and downloadable resources, as access is granted immediately upon purchase. Please ensure you have read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before buying, feel free to contact us.

You can also access your Team Dashboard anytime by logging in and going to My Dashboard. Each invited member will receive their own login and full access to the training.
