2. Services and Access

Trillion Business Society provides digital training programs, resources, and consulting services, as well as childcare placement and facilitation services and early learning programming delivered in an educational and advisory capacity.

Some purchases may include limited-time access (e.g., 12 months). An account will be automatically created for you during the checkout process to facilitate access to your purchased digital products. We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are breached or misuse occurs.

2A. Scope Limitations

Our consulting services are provided in the context of business operations, governance, compliance, and leadership. We do not offer:

  • Compliance consulting for the construction and building industry.
  • Management or business consulting services related to mergers, acquisitions, (M&A), or financial advisory (including regulated financial product advice).

2B. Geographic Limitations

Trillion Business Society (including The Parents Agent) provides services primarily within Australia. Our services and digital products are not intended for clients based in the United States or Canada. By engaging with our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are not located in the United States or Canada.

2C. Specific Services – The Parents Agent

The Parents Agent provides services to assist families in finding and securing childcare and supporting early learning decisions at home. These services include, but are not limited to:

(i) Childcare Placement and Advisory Services

  • Self-Serve resources (checklists, templates, and guides).
  • Research and shortlisting of childcare providers.
  • Personal touring and vetting of services prior to inclusion in a shortlist.
  • Placement support including communications with providers, enrolment assistance, and waitlist management.
  • Ongoing advisory support (up to 3 months) following a placement.

Important notes:

  • While we use best efforts to secure childcare placements, availability is outside our control and no guarantee of placement can be given.
  • Final responsibility for touring shortlisted centres, selecting a provider, and entering into enrolment contracts rests with the parent/guardian.
  • The Parents Agent is not a childcare provider and does not assume liability for the operations, staff, safety, or regulatory compliance of any third-party service.

(ii) Early Learning Programming – Foundations Program
The Foundations Program provides educator-led early learning programming designed to support families in understanding and engaging with early learning in the home environment. This may include programming aligned to recognised early learning outcomes, suggested activities, and implementation guidance provided in an educational and advisory capacity only.

Important notes – Foundations Program:

  • The Parents Agent is not a childcare provider and does not deliver regulated childcare services.
  • The Foundations Program is educational and advisory in nature only and does not constitute schooling, therapy, health advice, or developmental assessment.
  • Participation in the Foundations Program does not guarantee any specific developmental, educational, or behavioural outcomes.
  • Activities and implementation guidance are provided as optional learning opportunities only.
  • Parents and guardians are not required to offer all activities, and a child’s choice not to engage with any activity is entirely appropriate and expected.
  • Parents and guardians remain responsible for all caregiving, supervision, and decision-making relating to their child.
  • All activities are offered at the parent or guardian’s discretion and should be provided in a safe, supervised environment appropriate to the child’s age and abilities.
  • Any age guidance provided is indicative only and should be applied using parental judgement.
  • The Foundations Program is intended for personal, family use only and is not licensed for delivery within regulated childcare, education, or commercial group settings.

3. Purchases and Payments
All transactions are processed securely. By purchasing from us, you confirm your payment details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

3A. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Certain services are offered on a monthly subscription basis.

By enrolling in a subscription-based service, you authorise Trillion Business Society to charge the applicable subscription fee in advance on a recurring monthly basis, using the payment method provided at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

Depending on the product or service, a separate subscription may be required for each individual, as delivery may be on an individual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to the service will continue until that time. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

  • For digital products (e.g., downloads, online training, templates, and early learning programming), refunds cannot be offered once access has been granted.
  • For service-based packages (including The Parents Agent and the Foundations Program), refunds are not available once work has commenced, due to the personalised nature of the service. A refund may only be offered if no work has commenced and the request is received within 24 hours of purchase.

If you ever have concerns about your purchase, please contact us at hello@trilly.com.au and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

5. Non-Payment and Suspension of Services
In cases of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend service delivery, restrict access to products, or terminate engagement.
