End of Shift Handover Checklist
(RP) Person in Day-to-Day Charge
This end of shift checklist is used to guide and support the responsible person in documenting and communicating key information relating to events which occurred during their period of responsibility. It prompts review of essential operational tasks. The checklist serves as a record keeping and accountability tool to assist in meeting service specific procedures and regulatory obligations, helping ensure a safe and compliant handover at the close of each shift.
